Welcoming/Preparing to Meet with God | Special Music | Dr. Chuck Hammond |
Everlasting God, you have set aside men and women who have emptied their hearts so they may be filled by you. We praise you for your love, mercy, and presence, giving you all the honor and glory now and forever. Forgive us when we fill our hearts and minds with the trivia that distracts us from you and keeps us from sharing you with others. Thank you for your love, mercy, grace, and forgiveness that brings us new life in Jesus Christ, our Lord. Amen |

Prelude | “O For A Thousand Tongues” | Praise band |
Our Father who art in Heaven, Hallowed be thy name. Thy kingdom come. Thy will be done on earth, as it is in heaven. Give us this day our daily bread, and forgive us our debts, as we forgive our debtors, and lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from evil. For thine is the Kingdom and the power and the glory, forever. Amen. |

Pastoral Greeting | “Majesty” | Dr. Chuck Hammond |
We trust in God the Holy Spirit, everywhere the giver and renewer of life. The Spirit justifies us by grace through faith, sets us free to accept ourselves and to love God and neighbor, and binds us together with all believers in the one body of Christ, the Church. In a broken and fearful world the Spirit gives us courage to pray without ceasing, to witness among all peoples to Christ as Lord and Savior, and to work with others for justice, freedom and peace. |
