Gracious God, free us from our prisons of ignorance, fear, and self-centeredness into the freedom of life serving you and those around us. We praise you for this gift of service; we thank you for this time of gathering at your Table with Christians around the world. Forgive us when we think of ourselves as being alone and on our own when we stand with believers throughout history and all around the world. Thank you for your forgiveness and new life; thank you for your love, mercy, and grace that fills us with hope in Jesus Christ, our Lord. Amen

Our Father who art in Heaven, Hallowed be thy name. Thy kingdom come. Thy will be done on earth, as it is in heaven. Give us this day our daily bread, and forgive us our debts, as we forgive our debtors, and lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from evil. For thine is the Kingdom and the power and the glory, forever. Amen.
