Welcoming/Preparing to Meet with God | Special Music | Rev. Christine Dickerson |
Lord of all creation, we stand before you as children, filled with wonder and awe. Your love knows no bounds, your generous grace blesses us and gives us joy. We shed tears of happiness because we are filled with your light. We give thanks, O God. Help us to look into our hearts when we forget those with less, and those who do not yet know your love. Heal the tears that are for the lost and the hungry, and help us to find new ways to serve you in the world. Forgive us our sins, and lead us in right paths, In Jesus’ Name, Amen. |
||
Prelude | “My Peace” (As we return to our seats.) | Praise Band |
Our Father who art in Heaven, Hallowed be thy name. Thy kingdom come. Thy will be done on earth, as it is in heaven. Give us this day our daily bread, and forgive us our debts, as we forgive our debtors, and lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from evil. For thine is the Kingdom and the power and the glory, forever. Amen. |
||
Christian Greeting, Announcements & Prayer Requests | “Gloria Patri” | Elder Ernie Moore |
If Your presence doesn’t go with us, We don’t want to leave this place Lord we need You near, As we go from here, To Lead us by Your love and grace. May Your presence fill us every day, May Your Spirit lead the way Lord to You we call, Let Your glory fall, And may Your presence go with us. Let Your glory fall, And may Your presence go with us. Go with us. |
