Lord God, on this Sunday before our Thanksgiving celebration, guide our feet and hands, guide our hearts, guide our lives with compassion and gratitude. We thank you for your forgiveness for the wrongs we bring to one another and the hurts we cause. Fill our hearts, minds, and lives with thankfulness that may be shared with those around us. Thank you for your love, mercy, grace, and forgiveness that brings us new life in Jesus Christ, our Lord. Amen

Our Father who art in Heaven, Hallowed be thy name. Thy kingdom come. Thy will be done on earth, as it is in heaven. Give us this day our daily bread, and forgive us our debts, as we forgive our debtors, and lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from evil. For thine is the Kingdom and the power and the glory, forever. Amen.

We believe we are here in Palm Springs to “proclaim the Good News of God by reaching out to others and inviting them into a new relationship with Jesus Christ. We commit ourselves, therefore, to be a center for spiritual growth and friendship, where the teachings of Jesus Christ are faithfully received and God’s grace is celebrated joyfully with Christian friends.” This we affirm in the name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior.
