Dear Lord, we live in a broken world that desperately needs the hope Jesus brings. Help us, as we celebrate Advent to prepare the way in our world for others to receive, know, and love you. By your grace, enable us to live in ways that make your love real to others. Forgive us when we fail to live lovingly and welcomingly. Thank you for your grace, mercy, and forgiveness that gives new life; in Jesus Christ, our Lord. Amen |
