ONE: May the peace of Christ be with you.
ALL: And also with you.

Leader: You who believe in the Lord--
People: Give thanks and praise to God.
Leader: Let us give enough of our lives
People: That the poor and the hungry will always eat.
Leader: The past generations still praise God
People: And Gods

Leader: All have sinned and fallen short of the glory of God; yet God is merciful as well as just, quick to hear and to forgive. Let us then boldly confess our sins before God:
ALL: God of righteousness, nothing we have done deserves your mercy. We cannot gain your love, because you already love us. But our love wavers and disappears, like the morning dew. Teach us to believe in your promise, so that we do not go astray and look to our own efforts to provide us salvation. For these and every way we sin against you, we ask your forgiveness.

Leader: Christ lived for us. Christ died for us. Christ rose for us. Friends, hear and believe the good news of the gospel: in Jesus Christ we are forgiven.
People: Hallelujah! Amen!

Our Father who art in Heaven, Hallowed be thy name. Thy kingdom come. Thy will be done on earth, as it is in heaven. Give us this day our daily bread, and forgive us our debts, as we forgive our debtors, and lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from evil. For thine is the Kingdom and the power and the glory, forever. Amen.

ALL: O God, open our ears to your teaching, so that our mouths can learn to sing your praise, our feet can learn to follow your steps, and our hands can do your work in this world.
