ONE: May the peace of Christ be with you.
ALL: And also with you.

One: It will go well for those who are not swayed by ungodly people;
All: For those who give themselves to God and live lives pleasing to God.
One: They become stately trees fed by ample water, bearing sweet fruit season after season;
All: While those who spurn God are mere chaff on the wind.
One: They can never know what it is like to be welcomed into Goday

One: The Psalmist proclaims, ”Ù÷

One:

Our Father who art in Heaven, Hallowed be thy name. Thy kingdom come. Thy will be done on earth, as it is in heaven. Give us this day our daily bread, and forgive us our debts, as we forgive our debtors, and lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from evil. For thine is the Kingdom and the power and the glory, forever. Amen.

All: O God, you know us better than we know ourselves. As your word is read and proclaimed, help us hear your voice. Lead us out of our fears and into the experience of your love, we pray in the name of Jesus, the Living Word. May it be so.
